Can you imagine all the different styles possible with this shirt pattern?

The neckline of the raglan shirt is narrow and offers three different finishing varieties: insert an elastic, tie with ribbon, or add a neckband. The sleeves also come in short, 3/4 length or patched. If you choose the patched version, the sleeve opens up a bit. You can make puffy sleeves by adding elastic.

Just start playing with fabric and all of these different possibilities and you will have various shirts. You decide whether it will be the sporty, romantic, cool or fresh look.

Have your kids wear the shirt with shorts, pants or skirts, or make it longer and sew a nightgown.

We recommend to use knits or other elastic farbic. Small girls will eventually fit in GITTA when made from woven farbic. GITTA has a beautiful drape and is also suitable for bigger girls.

Big Kids
The shirt is rather wide and will therefore usually fit bigger kids at their regular size. To achieve a wide and casual fit, we recommend sewing the next size. Please compare measurements of your child's chest with the ones in the size chart on the pattern. Simply shorten sleeves and shirt length when needed.
