First of all I would like to say ‘thank you’ to all of you participating in sewing the advent calendar bag.  It’s really overwhelming!

We all had fun and joy in sewing together. It was like doing a puzzle. Help was being offered in newsgroups or facebook.

It turned out that it’s not that simple sewing a bag if you don’t know how it is supposed to look at the end.But that’s one of the aspects of an advent calendar: Anticipitation

Some of you have never sewn a bag before. Some created really elaborate models. As you can see at the gallery or at Caro’s linklist there a tons of beautiful styles and we received even more photos by mail.

And now we’d like to share some of this delight.

We will offer the complete pattern and tutorial with new drafts for a real low price.

The entire proceeds will  support this great project!

We would like to support a tailor training shop in Camerun. Janina and I already funded the teacher/seamstress for a whole year. Now we’d like to furnish the shop with needful things.
