Tops for women are as easily sewn as children’s. For a good fit you just have to choose the right size.

Just put a good fitting shirt or blouse on top of the pattern and look for the matching size. Copy your size and compare the parts with the shirt. Add alterations directly to the parts and you can use the pattern for many shirts. Sew the top and turn it to the left side and slip it on. See if you have to mark any alterations ( make a note! ) – sew the darts that are maybe necessary – FINISHED!
